Review and assessment of the licensing portfolio after the acquisition of the trademark by Tommy Hilfiger.

The Approach

Acting as interim Brand Licensing Management, we negotiated licensing agreements and managed royalty and advertising revenue reconciliation.

The result

We standardized the licensing financial reporting and delivered contract summaries of all licensed agreements as well as business assessments of all partners. This allowed for seamless integration into the Tommy Hilfiger business model and better transparency.
